With Spitfire Wheels’ history of pushing progression, it’s no wonder that they wanted to offer their unique twist on Rowan Zorilla’s second signature skate shoe, the Rowan 2. With a refined shape inspired by vintage court shoes, an upgraded feel with more underfoot protection, and ImpactWaffle technology-Vans Skateboarding’s most impact-cushioning outsole design yet-the Rowan 2 X Spitfire lets you turn even your best performance up a notch. Add in durable Ripstop, water-repellent coating, and sustainability-conscious materials in Spitfire’s iconic black and orange colorway, and the Rowan 2 makes an impact anywhere you go.
The Rowan 2 qualifies for Vans’ VR3 Checkerboard Globe Logo. The Vans VR3 designation follows strict material guidelines with one or a combination of regenerative, responsibly sourced renewable, and recycled materials making up at least 30% of the product.

UA ULTRARANGE VR3
A new addition to the Vans Family, the UltraRange VR3 is another small step towards a larger goal of producing more sustainable footwear. This season we have re-thought, re-engineered and rebuilt every little bit of the UltraRange to make it more sustainable. This includes a molded EcoCush™ midsole, a lightweight construction, EcoWaffle™ rubber outsole, and a breathable upper. The upper is designed to reduce waste in production compared to Vans’ traditional cut and sew uppers. The UltraRange VR3 is the manifestation of an idea: that it is not where we are going, but how we get there.
In order to reduce the overall footprint of Vans, our team has set ambitious sustainability goals. Big or small, all of our efforts add up to positive change. VR3 is the Vans commitment to sourcing 100% of our top 4 CO2 impact materials (cotton, leather, rubber and polyester) from Regenerative, Responsibly Sourced Renewable, and/or Recycled sources by 2030.

He is a Thrasher cover star, a holder of multiple memorable video parts, and a vital member of the Vans Skateboarding team. Now, he’s adding another chapter to his legacy with the release of his second signature skate shoe: the Rowan 2.
Rowan Zorilla’s loose, free-flowing style and uncanny ability to adapt to just about any spot has contributed to reshaping the way future generations think about skateboarding. With that in mind, Vans worked with Rowan to create the Rowan 2, an evolution of his first signature skate shoe with upgrades to both style and function to help Rowan continue pushing progression.
